    PRE-OWNED/VINTAGE CONDITION:
    Mostitems we sell have been
    gently used orare vintage/antique and may have slight imperfections or light wear and teardue to age or prior use, etc. We will describe the item’s condition in thelisting “as we see it” at the time of listing to the best of our ability andprovide photos; however, we may not capture everything exactly. We do wash, iron,clean, dust, sterilize, freshen, polish, etc. the majority of the items we sell,when it is safe to do so, prior to listing and shipping. Some vintage items weleave alone and sell “as they were found”.

    QUALITY CONTROL:
    We inspect all items wesell 3 times – 1) when we purchase it; 2) prior to listing it for sale; and, 3)prior to shipping it out.
    We will notify you of any changein the item’s condition prior to shipping the item to you and give you theopportunity to decide if you still want the item or if you want to cancel theorder.
    SHRINKAGE ALLOWANCE FOR PREOWNEDCLOTHING:
    Pre-owned clothing that is machinewashable or made of a fabric like 100% Cotton that shrinks, more likely thannot has been washed and dried one or more times prior to our obtainingthem.  And we most often wash, dry, and/or freshen the garments onemore
    time according to their care instructions toprepare them for resale.
    Please be aware that some shrinkage may haveoccurred over time during these cleaning processes.

    COMBINED SHIPPING:

    we can combine shipping when you chooseto purchase more than one item from our store. You will be charged theshipping amount listed for each item you purchase at check out, but after wepack your items and determine the actual shipping cost, if the cost differenceis more than .00, we will refund you the difference in the shipping amount youpaid at check out vs. the actual retail shipping cost to ship the package(s)out to your destination.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    We participate in eBay’s Global ShippingProgram for international orders. All orders are sent to Ebay’s Global ShippingDistribution Center in Kentucky (via Domestic Shipping methods). They handleall the international shipping logistics and will ship the item to you fromthere.

    ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:
    If you make a purchase and then requestto cancel the order, we will accept the order cancellation request
    aslong as the item has not already been shipped.
    If the ordercancellation request is accepted, and payment was received for the order, youwill be refunded the purchase amount paid LESS a cancellation fee equal to theamount of the Payment Processing Fee charged.
    RETURN/REFUND POLICY

    When returns are offered in the listing
    ,return requests will be accepted for items purchased within 30 days from datereturn request is received. If a return is accepted, you are responsible forpaying the shipping cost to return the item to us. If a refund is offeredand/or required, Refunds will be calculated for the amount paid for the itemonly. We do not refund original shipping cost, unless required by eBay to do so.
    All items must be returned in the same condition as received and seen inlisting photos, with tags still attached (if applicable), and without signs ofuse, wear, washing, etc. in order for a refund to be honored. That is, theitem must be in resellable condition.
